The Gate Management is a feature which will allow an institution running Fedena to record the entry and exit of different users from various locations of the institution. The core functionality of this module like creating records/generating pass and approval of pass is handled in mobile app. Only the initial setup, notification settings and reporting are managed in the web application by the admin/Gate management admin(the One who has privilege). This module has 3 most important options which are much needed for a Gate Manager/Admin to monitor the visitors. They are,
- User Entry Management
- Gate Pass Management
- Visitor Management
The initial setup of the module should be done by admin/Gate Management admin privilege user in web browser. The Setting page has two sections one is "General Settings" and the other is "Form Settings". And also the admin/Gate Management admin can view the reports based on the required date range.
i) General Settings
In General Settings, you can setup the information like prefix, starting number and enable/disable the notifications for Gate pass and visitor's pass.
ii) Form Settings
Here, you can customize the form of Gate Pass, User Entry and User Visit. There will be a default form already, but if you wish to add some more fields into the default form then you can customize it.
Admin/Gate management admin can view the reports anytime for the required date range. There is easy access for current day, last 7 days report and also you can fetch the reports for custom dates. The module contains two type of reports, one is Graph view and the other is Report view.
a) Graph view : This is a graphical representation (Bar graph) of all three records User entry, Gate pass and User visit shown in one page for the quick analysis.
b) Report view : Report view will provide individual reports for each records namely User entry, Gate pass and User visit. These reports can be exported in a CSV file.
NOTE: Graphical reports can be generated via Mobile App as well.
