As per the institute requirement, the Admin user can configure the notifications settings for the applicant registration module to get the notifications for any new application or to know the daily digest.

Steps to enable notification are as follows:

Step 1: Go to Menu > Academic > Applicant > Registration.

Step 2:: Click on Settings button.

Step 3: Click on the Notifications settings option.

Step 4: Click on the radio button of  Enable option  for enabling

  • Registration Notification:  By enabling this option, the Admin user can receive a notification whenever a new application is submitted.

  • Daily Digest: By enabling this option, the Admin user can receive digest notification comprising the total number of applications registered.

The Admin user needs to select the Email checkbox and provide the time for scheduling the automated email for the daily digest.

Step 5: Click on Update settings to save it.
