You can edit or delete a fee collection only if you haven’t started processing student fee payments. Once a student has paid the fees, you cannot edit or delete the fee collection.

At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Schedule Fee Collection Dates > View to open the View fee collection dates page.

Select a batch. Created fee collections are displayed.

Click the fee collection name to view the fee collection details.

Click Edit to edit the fee collection details, or click Delete to delete the fee collection.
