How can I edit or delete a scheduled fee collection?

Scheduled fee collection dates can be edited at any time. However, if a student has paid the fees, you cannot delete the fee collection.

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click on Menu > Administration > Transport > Transport Fee > Fee Collections > View to open the View transport fee collection dates page.

  2. Select a user type, Employee or Student. If you select Student, you must also select a batch.

  1. Click Edit to edit the fee collection dates, or click Delete to delete a fee collection.
