After the admission confirmation of the applicant, the Admin user can allocate the batch to the applicant.

Steps to allocate the student to a batch is given below:

  1. Go to Menu > Academic > Applicant > Registration.

  1. Click on the Pending Status tab.

  2. Click on the applicant's name.

  1. After admission confirmation, Click on the Allocate applicant button.

  1. Select the Batch from the drop-down list in which you want to allocate the admission.

  2. Assign the Fees category to the student that is applicable to that student by clicking in the respective checkbox.

  3. Click on the Allocate Applicant button to allocate the admission.

Note: Admin user can only allocate the admission to the Student if the application fee (if applicable) is paid already by online or offline in the institute.
