To open the Admission for any batch for a new Academic Session, the Admin or the privileged user has to configure the Active Year and courses option in the Applicant Registration Module settings.
Steps that need to be taken by the user to configure the related settings are as follows:
Step 1: Go to Menu > Academic > Applicants
Step 2: Click on the Registration button.
Step 3: Click on the Settings button.
Step 4: Click on the “Active Years and courses” option.
Step 5: Click on Add registration courses button.
Step 6: Select the Academic Year from the dropdown for which you want to open the admission.
Step 7: Select the classes for which you want to open the admission by clicking on their respective checkbox.
Step 8: If applicable, you can add the display name and the amount of application form with respect to the courses such that the applicant and see the display name while applying for the admission and also can pay the fees for the application form both online and offline.
Step 9: Click on the Save button to save the settings.
