How archived student can be reverted?

When a student’s records are archived in Fedena, the student is moved from the active students list to the former students list. The administrator and privileged employees can make a former student active by reverting the archived student. Before reverting the student, make sure the batch in which the student was archived is not deleted and the batch need to be Active. By reverting the student, all settings and archived records of the student are restored, except the following settings:

  • Any placement of details that the student.

  • Online exam marks entered for the student.

  • Hostel room allotment details.

  • Transport route allotment details.

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Student > Student Details to open the View Details page.

  2. Select the Former students option.

  3. In the Search field, enter the name of the student or student admission number to search.



       3. Click on the student name. The student’s profile is displayed.

       4. In the top right, click the Revert archived student button.( as shown below)

    5. Click OK to confirm.
