Attendance Settings

Before marking and tracking attendance, users can customize the attendance functionality through the Attendance Settings page.

On the Attendance Settings page, the following fields can be configured:

1. Custom Attendance:
   
   Custom attendance enables institutions to track and record late arrivals of students. It also provides the flexibility to customize and rename status labels and codes for both absences and late coming.
   
   
   
2. Attendance Report Calculation

   
   This feature allows the user to select the preferred method for calculating attendance for the academic year.
   
   
   

3. Attendance Mark Frequency

   
   Activate the lock mode to automatically freeze attendance after a specified time period. Once enabled, only privileged users or administrators can edit or mark attendance beyond the set date.
