How do I create an alumni event?

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Collaboration > Alumni > Create Alumni Event to open the View alumni students page.


  2. In the Event title field, enter the title of the event. 
  3. In the Start date and End date fields, select the starting and ending date and time for the event. 
  4. In the Event description field, enter all the details about the event. 
  5. Click the Create button. When an alumni event is created, the event is displayed on the Fedena Calendar as well. 
    After creating the event invitation, you will be directed to the Invite alumni to an event page where you can choose the alumni students you are inviting, or you can come back later and send the invites later by clicking Invite users later
