The Transport plugin is designed to help you plan and manage your institution’s transportation system. You can record vehicle information and define vehicle routes based on the number of stops. When entering vehicle and route details, custom fields can be added to record any additional information required by your institution. Students and employees can be assigned to bus routes based on the availability of seats. After assigning students and employees transport, you can schedule fee collections and collect transport fees.

When setting up a vehicle route, first create the main route. Along the main route, define stops where students and employees can be picked up and dropped off. For each stop, you can assign a fare that students and employees will need to pay. To customize the type of route information you want to record, apart from the default fields available, you can add custom additional fields.
