The Exam-wise Report displays the marks obtained by each student in an exam.
At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > Reports center > Exam-wise Report.
Select the batch and exam group, and then click the View button.
If you have selected Marks and Grades as the exam type, the report would look like this.
If you have selected Grades as the exam type, the report would look like this.
Note: Employees can enter marks and remarks for only subjects they are associated to. A batch tutor can enter only remarks about a student’s performance for all subjects in the batch.
To add any general remarks, click Add remarks. Enter the remarks and click the Submit button.
A graphical representation of a student’s performance in comparison to the class average is displayed at the bottom of the report.
To generate a PDF report of a student’s results, click the PDF report button.
To generate a consolidated report of all students, in the top right, click the Consolidated Report button. You can then click the PDF report button to generate a PDF report, or click the CSV report button to generate a CSV report.
To generate a PDF report of all the student’s results in a single click, in the top right, click the Consolidated PDF Report button.
