At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > Reports center > ICSE Reports > View Student Report to    open the Student-wise Report page.
  1. Select the batch for which you want to view the report. The students in the batch are listed on the left.



  1. Click on a student’s name to view the report. The report includes the following information:

  • Marks obtained by the student for each subject. In the above image, notice that Term 1 only displays the total marks with grade, while Term 2 displays the marks obtained in the EA and IA as well. This is because when setting up exam categories for Term 1, the Detailed Student Report field was set to No, and for Term 2 the Detailed Student Report field was set to Yes.

  • Students marked absent are indicated by a hyphen (-) for the corresponding subject in the exam report.

  • The grading levels setup is displayed as a reference at the bottom of the page.

  1. To add any remarks, click Add remarks. Enter the remarks and click the Submit button.

  2. Click the PDF Report button to generate a PDF report.

  3. Click the CSV Report button to generate a CSV report
