In order to configure Learn App, the Fedena Learn plug-in must be purchased. Once it is enabled, the same can be accessed in Fedena by going to Menu >> Academics >> Learn.


To start with, basic Learn settings must be configured, then we can start syncing the data, check the sync logs, and the details of the synced data.




Set up Learn Settings:

    

  • Log in to your Fedena account panel

  • Under Academics >> go to Learn >> “Learn Settings”

  • Next, add the Host URL. (This will be provided during the purchase of the Learn App plug-in)

  • API Key & Secret Key - Generate API key by clicking on the “New API Key” button



Courses and Group Settings:


 We can configure the courses in Learn in two ways:




Course-wise: Each subject belonging to a course in the same academic year can be mapped to a   learn course. Ideal when batches under the courses have the same subjects.


Batch-wise: Each subject belonging to a batch of a course in the same academic year is mapped to a learn course. Ideal when batches under the courses have different subjects.


Note: Selecting the course wise/ batch wise is a one-time selection and cannot be changed to latter, once it has been selected and saved.
