Once the PIN-based applicant registration is configured, the applicants will be able to register for courses online, using the URL “www.yourschooldomainname.com/register” that needs to be made available/integrated on the Institute website.


Steps to be followed by the applicant to apply as PIN-based registration are:


Step 1: When applicants access the URL, they will be directed to a page where they need to select

  • Course: For which they want to apply.

  • Pin Number: Enter the PIN which is provided by the Institute Admin.





  •  Based on how you’ve set up the courses, applicants can register for courses either with a PIN number or without a PIN number. After selecting the course and entering the PIN number, the admission form will get displayed. 


Step 2: The applicant will be required to provide the information in the application form that is configured by the Admin as general or course-specific.


Step 3: The Applicant needs to click on the Save & Proceed option to proceed further.


Note: When the applicant clicks the Save & Proceed button, they will be taken to a page where they can print their application and pay the application fees online.

 The option to pay is available only if you have enabled and set up the Online Payment plugin.
