The gallery module can be used for updating school functions and activity photos. Once you publish photos in the gallery, parent/student/employee can access these photos from their web app/mobile app. Admin or any privileged employees can create or upload photos in the gallery. 

You can follow below-given steps to upload photos in the gallery:


  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Collaboration > Gallery

  


  1. In the top right, click  Create Album button to create an album.     

 

  1. Give the album name in the “Album Name” text field.

  2. Select Album visibility as:

  1. Public Album: Public albums will be visible to all the active users of your institution like employees, students, and parents.

  2. Private Album: Private album will only be visible to the active users who are chosen while creating the album. These albums can be made accessible to particular students and employees.

                    5.     Click on Create Album option to create an album.
