The employee attendance report displays the leave details of all employees of a department. For each leave type, the employee can see the number of earned leaves taken and the number of additional leaves taken with and without LOP.

  1.  At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Human Resource > Employee leave management > Attendance report.
  2. Select a department. The leave summary for all employees of the selected department is displayed. The leave summary includes only the leaves taken after the last ‘Leave Reset’ date. 
    Use the date filter for the leave summary to include leaves taken before the last ‘Leave Reset’ date.

  3. Click the CSV report button to generate a CSV report. To view all leave details of a particular employee, click on the name of an employee.
