The Administrator or a Privileged Employee (Fee Submission privilege or Revert Transaction privilege is required) can collect transport fees from the Finance module. Though you will be able to create a partial fee payment transaction for finance fees, for transport fees, you must create a full payment transaction.
  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee Submission by batch.

  2. Select a batch and the transport fee collection.


       
  1. Process the fee payment.

Or

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee submission for each student.

  2. In the Search field, enter the student name or admission number to search.


           

  1. Click the student’s name.

  2. Click Pay All Fees.


             

  1. Process the fee payment.
