An SMS package can be deleted at any time, even if it has been assigned to a school. Inherited SMS packages cannot be deleted.

Log in to your Fedena account panel.

In the top right, click your account name to open the account panel.

Click the Company option. Your company’s profile is displayed.

On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) are displayed.

Click Settings.

In the top right, click the Delete SMS Package button.
